This notice explains what happens to the details you give me through this website. I'm Sarah Jones, trading as Sarah Jones Photography in Swansea, and I'm responsible for your information. If you have any questions, email me at sarahjones1304@outlook.com.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the type of session you're interested in and your message.

If you go on to book a session, I'll also keep the details we need to arrange it, such as your phone number, the date and location, and your photos.

Why I use it

I use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to plan your session, deliver your photos and keep my business records. I don't use them for marketing and I never sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Form messages are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are emailed to my Microsoft Outlook inbox.

Client galleries are delivered through ShootProof, which hosts your photos and handles any print orders.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

How long I keep it

If you don't book, I delete your enquiry once we've finished talking. If you book, I keep your details for as long as I need them to provide your session, and my business records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me and I'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
